REFUND PROCESSING
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Anastasia. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at support@anastasia.com and we will provide you with a return authorization number. Please include this number with your return or exchange to ensure prompt processing.
Please note that all items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it to ensure that it is in its original condition. If everything is in order, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
